All Shimpments go Out DAILY Monday through Saturday by 9am any orders placed after 9am may still go out but if not will go out the following day!

Physical Products not 3D Printed ship within one business day including Saturdays.

3D Printed items can take up to 3 Business Days as they are printed to order.

All Shipments have tracking and insurance of 100$ USD some shipment over 100$ value will receive higher valued insurance.

Lost Undelivered shipment will be replaced or refunded. Some shipments may hit delays and allow upto 15 days before deming lost. (This is at the discretion of iKon – I have seen an over night to florida for some reason take 28 days VIA Fedex.)

Stolen packages are not covered what so ever if tracking shows delivery it’s a done deal. You can contact your postmaster in your area and file a police report and go through the process to get the insurance claim provided by shipment label.

Free shipping and Flat rate shipments are all USPS with 100$ insurance included.

If the item is opened that is ok as long as all original packaging and accessories are included up to 30 days after purchase return shipping on your dime – Contact us to get an RMA.

Defective Electronics that do not work will be fully accepted at our cost – Contact us to get an RMA.

3D Printed Items are a ZERO return policy no acceptions you make us print it, It’s yours forever!

Any Refund or Return Requires an RMA contact us to get one and all refunds will be processed after the item is received.

If you open the component its yours there will be ZERO returns if the IC SMD or whatever is opened at all.

All components are High Grade authentic from the manufacture.

I dont care what you google about component failure rate from manufactures i have been repairing electronics for over 20 years the failure is your’s not the manufacture or the provider of the component.

To much heat for to long or just not knowing what your doing to begin with your warned do not buy any components here if your a novice its your problem not ours.
